 ~Can I purchase a Hygge By Post parcel without subscribing?

At the present time you're welcome to purchase a parcel or "Hyggeligt Hug" package month by month. However subscribing is your best option, not to mentioned you're assured of monthly Hygge Inspiration!

~  How does the subscription work?

Simply choose a tier & plan! There are three tiers: Hygge By Post Parcel, Hygge By Post Deluxe, & our "Hyggeligt Hug" package. Choose a month by month plan, or a three, six or twelve month subscription. The longer your subscription the more you save!

Subscribe by he 10th of the month to receive the next month's box. For example: sign up on or before May 10th to receive June's parcel. (Shipped to you between June 8 -10.)

(Some months we may have "left over" boxes available; though as many of our items are limited, we usually sell out.)

~Can I end my subscription?

Obviously we would hate to see you leave! But of course you may end your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the 10th of the month you will not be billed for the next month's parcel. After the 10th your subscription will end after your next payment term ends. (For example: if you cancel before June 10th you will not receive July's parcel or package.) 

~Do you accept returns? 

As a small, family owned company, at this time we are unable to accept any returns, exchanges, or issue any refunds. Although if an item arrives damaged please let us know and we will do everything in our power to make things right.

~I have a great Hygge idea! Do you accept suggestions or vendor applications?

We're so glad you asked! Fellowship is one of the foundations of Hygge, and the reason behind our establishing Hyggelig Fyr - our member's group of (naturally...!), Hygge Fellowship!
